1. Prices are in Euro per night per apartment or studio.
2. Extra bed 8 Euro per night per apartment or studio.
3. Heating and air-conditioning extra charge 8 Euro per day. Apartments with two air-conditioning units extra charge 14 Euro per day.
4. Breakfast and dinner 26 Euro per person per day without drinks (For BlueBeach guests only). . (child Age 1 to 5 (free). Child age 5 to 10 (50 % discount))
5. Breakfast 9 Euro per person per day. (child Age 1 to 5 (free). Child age 5 to 10 (50 % discount)).
6. Daily cleaning of the apartment. Change of sheets twice per week, towels three times per week).
7. All the studio-apartments and the apartments have satellite TV, DVD and telephone.
8. Internet connection (Free in all public areas)

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 20 days before the date of arrival the deposit will be refunded to you through our bank. We don’t ask for credit card details you just send the 30% amount by bank transfer to our account and if cancelled we refund it.
If cancelled up to 10 days before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged from the deposit and we will refund the rest in the same way as in the first case.
If cancelled later, all the deposit is kept.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years sleep free of charge in cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 7 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
To secure a booking a deposit is required.

Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets
Pets are allowed on request at no charges.
